YouTube income does not arrive as one clean number. AdSense pays in dollars, part of it has US tax taken off before it reaches you, and around it sit memberships, Super Thanks, sponsorships and gifted goods. We work with YouTubers, so pulling that into one correct return is routine.

Fixed fee, agreed before we begin, with nothing charged until you approve it.

What We Handle

Your return and bookkeeping across everything the channel earns: AdSense, channel memberships, Super Thanks and Super Chat, brand sponsorships, affiliate income and the value of gifted products. AdSense pays in US dollars, so we convert each payout to sterling at HMRC's published rates rather than guessing.

We deal with the US side properly, the W-8BEN and the 30% withholding, and claim foreign tax credit relief where US tax has already been taken so you are not taxed twice. And we claim the kit and running costs a channel racks up.

Where YouTube Tax Gets Awkward

The US withholding is where it goes wrong most. Creators either never file the W-8BEN and lose 30% of their US-viewer earnings, or they file it and then do not claim relief for tax that was still taken, and pay twice. The dollar payouts also need converting consistently, not at whatever rate is convenient.

This is the day-to-day work here. We reconcile what Google actually paid, net of any US tax and in sterling, against what belongs on your UK return, so the figure is complete and you keep what the treaty says you should.

How It Runs

Send us your AdSense and platform payout reports and the records we ask for, in one go. We do the work, show you the numbers, and file once you are happy. Anti-money-laundering identity checks come first, as at any UK firm. Take just the return, or the year-round bookkeeping too.

For a channel with steady monthly income, the year-round option keeps the numbers current and makes Making Tax Digital a non-event when it reaches you.

What It Costs

A fixed fee agreed before work starts, sized to your channel. A single AdSense return sits at the lower end; add sponsorships, memberships, gifting and a company and it costs more, and we tell you which you are first.

To get a price, tell us what the channel earns from, and we will come back with a fixed quote and a deadline.

Common questions

Can you sort my US AdSense withholding?

Yes. We make sure the W-8BEN is right so the treaty rate applies to your US-viewer earnings, and where US tax has still been taken we claim foreign tax credit relief on your UK return so the same income is not taxed twice.

How do you handle AdSense paying in dollars?

We convert each payout to sterling using HMRC's published exchange rates, applied consistently across the year, so the sterling figure on your return is defensible rather than an estimate.

Do memberships, Super Thanks and sponsorships count?

Yes. Channel memberships, Super Thanks, Super Chat, sponsorships, affiliate income and gifted goods are all taxable, and we bring them in alongside AdSense so the return is complete.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee agreed before any work starts, scaled to how many income types are involved. Tell us what the channel earns from and we will price it with a deadline.
